This is a simple pie that is so cool and creamy...perfect for hot summer days!
Ingredients:
- 1 deep dish frozen pie crust
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 box banana cream pudding (either instant or cook-n-serve)
- 1 carton Cool-Whip Lite - thawed
Bake pie crust according to package directions and cool. Slice bananas and layer on bottom of pie crust. Prepare pudding according to package directions, pour over the top of bananas and chill. Spread cool whip on top of set pudding and refrigerate for an hour before slicing. Keep remaining pie in refrigerator. MMMMM-MMMMM GOOD!!
