Recipe of the Week...Fool-proof Fudge

This is the very best fudge recipe EVER!!! It is super simple to make and always turns out fabulous! Once you've made this fudge you'll never go back to making the kind that uses marshmallow cream!

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups Nestle milk chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk!)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
Method:
Line a 9" x 9" square pan with aluminum foil and set aside. Place chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and salt in a heavy sauce pan. Melt together over low heat, stirring constantly until melted. Add nuts. Spread mixture into foil lined pan. Set pan in refrigerator until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board, peel off the foil, and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature. DELICIOUS!!!
